How do i talk to a human?

this is hands down the worst customer service option!! How do i talk to a human?

I have an account for years. I renewed and paid for a year less than a month ago...card charged and have emails from arlo saying so. but now my account says i don't have a plan?? which gives me no access to a live agent?? this is absurd
