How do i extend just one camera beyond the intial Base??

How do i extend  just one camera  beyond the intial Base??    I have a Location that is 500 plus feet away   and has no Internet access 

is there an extender that will transfer the signal  to the base

Not without a long Ethernet cable and a repeater (Ethernet cables can't exceed 300 feet so you'd need 2 cables and a switch to pull this off). WiFi extender should wouldn't be as good. 

The Arlo Go may be a better fit since it's battery operated and uses cell service.
