How do I turn on alarm on android?

I have an android, and cannot find how to turn on the alarm manually. I do NOT have a drop down tab or drawer on the devices tab that others have missed, it is simply not there. I'm using the Arlo app on my phone, not on a computer. App is updated.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you don't have a Pro base, you won't have the ability to set it off.
