When I first set up my account the alerts would be sent to both my emails now it is only being routed to one of them? How do I get alerts back to both email accounts?

Power cycle the base with the power button,
check the email address location and make sure it is properly place

Lopie,
Also check your spam folder on the account that appears to no longer be receiving alerts. It's possible your email provider is blocking these or automatically filtering the alert emails.
