So, I made the mistake of buying new cameras. They had a free trial for the subscriptions. I did the free trial and I don't care for it. I enjoyed the old free plan that would record video for a week at a time and delete it after 7 days. Now that the free trial is over they are forcing me to spend $9.99 a month for a plan I do not even want if I want them to store video. My question is how do I go back to the old free plan? I have even tried getting a thumb drive and recording locally but I have no clue how to view those videos so its useless to me. Arlo, can you please help me? I have been a customer for 6 years. I have never had issues like this until I bought the new Essential cameras. If this is what its going to be like I won't be buying anything else from Arlo. I will find a new service with another company.
