Please give us a little more information about what you are trying to accomplish.

If I understand you correctly you can set up two systems using two email accounts and in each account you give permissions for the other account to see the other system's cameras. That way you can view both systems in the same app although each system will have to be armed seperately. This way you can exceed the 5 camera limit without purchasing a paid subscription.

If you want to add another base station and some cameras to your existing system, just in the app's Device view select  add device and add the new base station then add and sync the new cameras, (just follow the instructions in the app). You may have to upgrade your account to a paid subscription if both systems exceed a total of 5 cameras.

You can have as many bases as you want on any account level...( don't even have to be in the same location)

The limiting factor is the number of cameras...Basic/free is 5 

One base can handle up to 15 ( after 5 there are two paid levels)
