How can I tell what model my camera is?

If you have the camera installed already check in the app settings/ support / the camera for the model details at bottom of page.

Else open the battery compartment of the camera remove battery and look for a label with VMC....

If you don’t have a removable battery, you will likely have the arlo essential camera unless you have a wired camera like the arlo Q.

The older arlo wire-free Cameras use multiple CR123 lithium Batteries.
