I have a base station that I want to add to another house how do I add this one of my stations is in Indiana and I’m trying to put a base station in Florida home How do I get another app so I can have two different stations on my iPhone

No need. Use the existing account/app and add another base normally. You can have as many bases and in as many locations as you need. The limitation is on the total number of cameras in your account, 5 being the max for the free account.

The password to what? Your account to log into the app? You don't need any other password.
