Help with community password

We got divorced and now I am trying yo change passwords - do i have to have the community password from original person to activate the system? I am a User on account and I have access as but i don't not have access to the original email or password.

We own the unit and have it in our possession and possibly the paperwork and want to use the unit without prior community member having access now.

Can you assist me with getting this set up and ready to use again?
