I have 3 Arlo cameras (not pros).  I want 2 to record 24/7 when motion detected.  I want the one over my garage to record when  motion activated ONLY between 10pm to 6am.  I have read onlne manual, I've created custom mode, but I cannot get it to take.

Create the custom mode - let's call it Daytime

Rules for Daytime are for the two other cameras to record on motion detection. There will only be the two rules and do not make a rule for the garage camera.

Then go to edit Schedule mode. In the planner, populate each day Midnight - 6am with Armed, 6am-10pm with Daytime, and 10pm-midnight with Armed

Then in the mode selection, choose Schedule

Thank you so much.  That makes sense!
