Help adding a shared access user

They have shared their link to their camera twice through the app and when I log into my account using the link I received in the email, it just asks me to buy a subscription. Shouldn’t I be able to add the door bell to my account for free? Any advice is much appreciated!

The doorbell can't be added on your account since it's already in someone else's. However, both they and you need to see the same thing, either Library to view recordings or Feed. If not, tell us who sees what.
