Any figure out how to be added to roommates arlo doorbell

They have shared their link to their camera twice through the app and when I log into my account using the link I received in the email, it just asks me to buy a subscription. Shouldn’t I be able to add the door bell to my account for free? Any advice is much appreciated!

Any device in someone's account can't be added by another account.

Does everyone see the same interface (either Library or Feed) to view recordings? If one has Library but you have Feed, the other person needs to migrate their account to be the same as yours.

If both already have Feed, you should click on Home and choose the bottom choice. Each account gets a default Home location so you need to choose theirs. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious which one to choose.
