once again you blocked me..took screen shot saying "LOGIN DENIED.
then it says try another way...........which then showed my iPhone and iPad
I have asked to be called. Left message to call and have ask for you to cancel my subscription.
You have done everything to stop this. the agent i spoke to was hurt when I said that your company %^$& and he should find another job......... As for that Why? Can't I cancel a $2.99
subscription and I'll take another screen shot of this.

I followed every step and it said login in denied. This is another 5th attempt to your company on trying to cancel my $2.99 a month subscription. Really? I did exactly what was told by Community Manager JamesC. DENIED DENIED DENID. so now what?

You do need to authorize the login (due to 2FA) - did you receive an authorization request on your phone?

I logged in with my email and password and it said denied.

Again, the login request needs to be authorized by you.
Normally the Arlo cloud will send a web push to your phone - and you authorize the login there. There are other authorization methods (including email) that you can also use. https://kb.arlo.com/000062288/What-is-two-step-verification-and-how-do-I-set-it-up

WHAT IS (2FA) really? i was denied sign in with my email and password. I also clicked the iPhone and iPad option. Once again nothing. what is it going to take???????????????

I use my computor like i was told and you denied my email and my password. it gave all info though about my iphone and iPad. but yet it denied me......Im now being harassed. Im asking for a call back on my phone or for you to give this to who ever you need to to cancel my subscription. a email will do you have it and I have left messages 4 time on 2-23-2022.

If you can log in anywhere, you can change the verification method using the link I posted. email should give you about 2 minutes to get the email and respond to it.
I get that you are angry (reasonably so) - but keep in mind that I don't work for Arlo, and am not in any way responsible for your issue. I'm just another user trying to help you get past the browser login. Please try to tone it down.

Support is (IMO) too hard to reach. But I think part of the puzzle is that the instructions you were given assumed that you'd already used my.arlo.com (and understood how to handle the verification steps).

I tried again. In my.arlo.com. every device is unrecognizable...I am unable to do anymore. Im not the best on the computer obviously. Hate to give up. Thank you once again. I think they are blocking me. but they'll keep getting my $2.99.

At what point are you getting a login denied error? Are you not able to actually log in to the account?
