Hello I have been having problems with the cameras loading the video in the library and then just random the app closes. We have all apple products up to date and the app is up to date. Have shut down and restarted Apple products. This has been going on and am in the second week. Any suggestions appreciated. Pam

Hi Pmihan,
What iOS device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app to see if that helps? And is this happening on WiFi and/or cellular data?

We have updated the app several times. We have an iPad mini, iPad regular, and iPhone X. We are using both WiFi at home and cellular when away from home. Thank you.

What iOS version are you running on your iOS devices? And try to update to the latest Arlo iOS app version to see if that helps, which is version 2.10.
