Internet works I have other Smart Home products that are working.  Your call in customer service is way to long of a wait

This can be done by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Restart. This will reboot the device and can be done remotely.

I don't see the restart as an opton.

Are you logged in to the primary account or a shared account? Following the path above you should see a green "Restart" button.
