I called in regards to this issue a year or two ago and I jumped on the band wagon right away with your product and I have an Arlo Cam the 1st version that works but every since the 1st batteries I purchased it went dead within 24 hours and everytime I purchase new batteries put it in and it only reads 3 percent.  The camera is worthless.  I do have arlo 2 that I am very happy with, just felt like i wasted money.  I bought engough batteries to but another camera.  I don't have time to call but I did a couple of times. but I am not even sure if someone is going to read this.  BTW no one answers chat after 5pm.
