What are the LEDs on the base showing? What have you tried? Are you on your home network with whatever you're using to try to set the system up? Details.

The fact that the middle/Internet LED is amber means the base is connected to the router but not the servers. That has to be fixed first. I would first reboot your router and base, in that order.

Who owns the router - you or the ISP? IF THE ISP owns it, they need to help since some setting in the router is blocking access. If you own it, you'll need to slog through the settings to see what security setting could be blocking access. It may be fastest to factory reset the router, set up your WiFi again and then try the base. A normal router setup will allow Arlo to work - changing security settings can block it.

But who owns it?  If the ISP, it should be their responsibility to help fix the issue. Who is the ISP?

If you have to, you can reset  the router as I suggested above. You can look at the router manufacturer's website for directions on how to do that. If you know someone familiar with home networking you may want to try getting help from that person on this. It's the sort of thing we can't fix from afar.
