I have a grey screen on one of my Arlo cam. Im able to set it in live modus via the app, but its still grey.

Via the web-browser, Im not able to set it in live modus, then I get the message that it times out...

I have another cam, and thats working fine.

Im in Norway, and the cam is in Spain...

Any solution that doesnt require me to fly down to Spain?

You can try remotely rebooting the base which may or may not work. If not, it may be a hardware problem.

@gt999

What firmware version is your base station & camera running? Also, what OS is your phone running & what is the version of the Arlo Mobile App you are using?

@ArveH

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices And re-add it?

Hi

I think "everyting" is updated, but in a few days I will be in Spain, and I will be able to check it more 🙂

Post a screenshot so we can see. Is it possible that the light level is low enough for the camera to switch to night mode?
