2 of my 3 cameras show up with the last image and how long ago it was taken. The 3rd one only show a green box and the time is from when I intalled it almost a month ago.
All three capture video and motion well - just the one always show's green box. Same on other computers, and other phones
Thoughts?

Try opening the battery door, remove the batteries, put batteries back in and re-sync.

Gave that a try - no luck. Still shows the green box with the date of original activation
Thanks

Using g the app or browser, remove the camera in Settings and try to re-sync it. If that doesn't work with a new set of batteries, create a trouble ticket for a possible RMA.

I have the same issue. I have replaced the batteries, re-synched the camera (twice) and still get the same performance. The camera works--it records when it detects motion. There is no image, just a green box when not recording. I have a total of four cameras--three with an image, one without.
Any other suggestions?

MGJ,
Did you remove the camera before attempt ting to resync? Settings > My Device > click affected camera > Remove Device. After removing the device, go back through the sync process. Once the camera is synced, Live stream the camera and test to make sure the thumbnail is displayed.

ccleghorn1960,
The behavior of the alert counter has changed slightly from the way it worked in the past. For details on it's current intended behavior see here: Arlo media counter optimized
Have you live streamed the camera that is showing the green screen at least once after the resync?
