Pink video. Model number VMS3430

the video on one of my outside cameras is pink.  I tried removing the batteries for at least three minutes.  After reinstall in batteries and putting the camera back, the video is still pink.  Help.  Now what?  It has been installed for one week.  Did I buy the wrong product?
