I recently had trouble with my base station. When I resolved the off-line issue I had to re-sync all my devices to my iPhone. But not my wife can’t see the cameras on her iPhone, although she receives the alerts when they see monitor. I have tried twice to reinstall the app which has not helped. We are running the same iOS on our phones. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Have you tried to remove and re grant access to you wife's phone?
