Grant access not working

I own 4 arlo systems with 20 cameras and getting no help from Arlo at all won't respond to any messages so i'm here to ask the comunity my problem is when i go to grant access to a friend for one of the cameras "On all systems this happens" for which i've never had this problem before done it many times the add button isnt highlighted to add a friend i've done restarts/reboots and its still the same can someone out there please help with what could be causing this Thanks

Just tried it here with both the Android app and a browser with the same result. Open a case with support here:

I wasn't able to replicate this as described. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing?

My poor attempt at replicating this was faulty due to not selecting at least one camera to share. Just tried again and Send Invite (which is what I think the OP was talking about, not the + to start the access grant process) was grayed out until I had my "DOH!" moment and selected a camera.

 

DOH!
