Getting lots of False alarms

I have the first generation Arlo cameras from end of 2015. I've been getting lots of false alarms lately. I understand that change in lighting/reflections could trigger the alarms but I've changed positions of the cameras and nothing has changed.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Is it time to retire these Arlo cameras?

I still run a couple of Arlos from the beta in mid 2015... working fine.

Not to say that sometimes elec parts don't chnge over time.

I would do two things;

1)reset the camera by pullng batteries and replace , then remove the camera( REMOVE DEVICE ) and bring it back as new...this will eliminate any possible glitches in the rules and mode and will set the camera back to default settings, then power button reboot the base.... test.

2) if you have more than one camera, swap the 'troubled' camera to one that the location is not as critial ( like inside ) and see how it works there.
