I log into the app with iPhone however all cameras say "getting status". I am unable choose mode or restart base station with iPhone. However I am able to log in with the IPad and I am able to go live with all cameras except for one, which says getting status and I am unable to change the mode. The cameras are able to detect motion (can hear them click and see the red motion lights) but not getting any notifications or any recordings in the library. I am able to set a manual recording with the iPad and it pops up in the library. Sat on the phone for almost 1.5 hrs with tech support and unable to figure it out. Problem started on the 30th, saw there were softwares issues that day. Did numerous resets and nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated

Power cycles of the base are not "resets", which are performed using the reset button.

 

Have you checked whether you have the latest firmware on all devices?  Check the Release Notes forum here.  For the iPhone, restart the phone and maybe reinstall the app.  Try both WiFi as well as cell service.

 

It may be time to cut your losses and truly reset to start fresh.  To do so, remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Open and close all battery doors.  Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras (be sure to only briefly press the base sync button).  Check for firmware updates.

WTH! All my 5 camera are doing it too, it's got to be at Arlo's end of it. Hopefully they will resolve this issue soon. I hated!

Consider power cycling your base station (using the on-off button), allow the base station to come back online and try again.

 

If you're still seeing the same behavior, consider trying to view from a different device (Arlo app on a mobile device, web client on PC).
