In app geofence Arrive/Leave trusted devices- 3 out of 4 trusted devices, including account holder, are not displaying (Pic1).

During troubleshooting, I deleted all devices as multiple showed up as "iPhone" and "ipad", not realizing 4.5 version allowed renaming/editing devices in Settings>Privacy Center>Account.  However, all currently trusted devices do show up under Settings>Privacy Center>Account (Pic2), but not displaying when attempting to set up a routine under

arrive/leave>devices. 

Please note the one device that shows up is one I added as a new authorized user after deleting the initial devices.  I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled.  I've also deleted the other two users, had them close their account, delete the app, and resent invitation for setup of new account etc. - Still not showing up.

 

Any advice on how to get these back?  Would certainly hate to have to start from scratch with my account!!!

Are all devices using the same version of the Arlo Secure mobile app?
