Ik probeer nu al maanden om iemand van de klantenservice te spreken. Maanden! Niks domme chatbot die me maar dezelfde vragen blijft stellen wat ik ook aanklik. Een email adres die alleen over bestellingen gaat mag daar dus geen vragen stellen over mn waardeloze deurbel. En een telefoonnummer die helemaal niet werkt. Maanden en niet 1 personeelslid kunnen spreken. Ben het spuugzat en wil. Alles opzeggen maar ook dat laat die waardeloze app niet toe! Ik wil hier per direct van af! Alles opzeggen per direct zorg dat je op zn minst een klantenservice hebt!

Mijn problemen staan niet online, bijvoorbeeld hoe kan ik de camera er af halen om het op te laden. Geen instructie en er is werkelijk geen nummer of de chat die mij kan helpen!!!
dan heb ik een deurbel en het geluid is nergens aan te krijgen en zo mis ik deurbellen voor levering!
Ik zal dit niemand aanraden, want je kan nergens terecht als je vragen hebt, echt **bleep** dit.
Graag contact ik ben inmiddels weken bezig om dit zelf op te lossen en anders doe ik jullie producten retour. Het zijn 3 systemen die ik heb gekocht.

While this is a user-to-user forum, posting your questions here will often get you an answer pretty quickly. It is also easier than connecting to Arlo support.
But if you have a subscription you can access support from the app (not my.arlo.com):

What camera model did you purchase?
If this is the Essential Gen 2, then
- look carefully at the mount. You should see a triangle embossed on it.
- slide the camera+mount in the direction of the triangle. Though stiff, it should slide off the wall plate.
If this doesn't work for you, then you can just unscrew the camera from the mount. Then it will be easy to separate the mount from the wall plate.
If you purchased a camera that has the total security mount, then you need to use the security key to take down the camera
If you have this, it might be easier to charge the camera in place.
If you have something else (for instance the wireless floodlight or a doorbell), then post back with what you have.

Is this happening when someone presses the doorbell? In that case, you should receive a call on your phone when the doorbell is pressed. If you don't have a traditional chime, then you could also add an Arlo Chime 2 to your system. That will chime when the doorbell is pressed.
If this is happening when someone drops a package at the door (without ringing the bell)...
- Are you getting a (silent) motion notification on your phone? Or is there no notification at all?
- If you have a subscription, are you getting a recording? Or is that also missing?
