Frozen Image Activity Zone Is Not Refreshing

Moved front Door Cam to new position. Trying to set new activity zone but old image keeps coming up. Please help.

go to settings/video settings and take a new snapshot for new zones

This didn’t work for me. I tried unpairing, removing the batteries etc but that hasn’t worked either

A guaranteed method is to use a browser instead since it still has the refresh button.

I had the same issue and was driving me nuts trying to figure out how to update the snapshot from my Arlo Android app.  As suggested, using your web browser will result in the snapshot being updated.  Arlo really needs to get this fixed in their app.  It would save some user frustration.  Now I can promptly forget how I did this and in a few months go searching again on how to update the snapshot:)

Make sure you have the latest Arlo app and see if the activity zone image refreshes.
