Billing issue- Charged 19 times in 1 Month- Can't get in touch

Hi there

My credit card was changed 19 times, each $15.99 in the month of December. I've called the net gear number, as well as the Arlo number, and no one can help with any billing issues.

Can someone direct me to who to email or speak to in order to resolve this issue?  It's pretty crazy for a company to charge someone's card 19 times in a month.  

This company makes it extremely difficult to contact anyone!
