I have a free basic subscription plan. But each time I operate the cctv it tells-"your time has expired" and rhen forces me to log in and upgrade to premier. I don't want to upgrade to premier. So system does not want respond as it says log in to upgrade

My problem is sorted out. It corrected itself. I was getting a "subscribe to premier" message and then system not allowing me to move on. All is ok now. Thanks

There's no need to upgrade. I suspect your issues are related to the current issues many folks are having right now.

Are you getting this error when attempting to live stream? What are you doing when this error is presented?
