Hi,

 

I have never bought any Arlo products before.  I can't find any contact information for someone to speak to. There is a $43.19 charge on my account from 'ARLO TECHNOLOGIES INC 408-638' that I did not make.


Any help would be appreciated!

With any charges that you do not recognize or believe are legitimate, you will need to reach out to your bank and dispute the charges as fraud.

I have reached out to support regarding the charges you had received, support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution.

  • The same thing happened to me but I don’t have a number for Arlo Support. The charge is $42.79. My bank told me to reach out to Arlo but I can’t get a hold of anyone.

Arlo did the same thing to me, so I set up an account to try to contact you.  Phone number is "outgoing only" and chat is mysteriously not available.  I can't even initiate a message on the message board, but can reply to one.  I was charged $26.74 and it was debited directly out of my account.  The bank will not help because it has been sitting as pending for 3 days.  Arlo needs to directly remove this fraud charge .  This seems to be a running issue with Arlo and the amounts don't even match for customers.

They seem to mysteriously have no phone number.  I can't even post a message, only reply to one.  Chat is "not available" .  They are playing with out accounts hoping no one will notice the charges.
