1 of my 4 cameras will not update since replacing the batteries. I have tried multipl times to up date firmware per the prompt on app and main webpage. the camera is detected by the base station but is not able to update.. What is going wrong? how to fix?

Thanks In Advance

Take the troubled camera and pull the batteries

go to settings in the base and use REMOVE DEVICE for that camera

power button reboot the base, let it come back online.

install batteries , you should see a blue led flash once when battery door is closed

Bring back camera as if it was new with a sync

Tom, thaks for replying to my question.

I removed batteries and removed device from basestation.

Performed graceful power cycle of station.

inserted battries and confirm blue LED flashed.

Pressed sync (flashig led on base).

pressed sync on camera. blue LED contiues to flash, never attached to base station????

This camera went off line in March, finally was able to get ladder to remove from house the other day. Origonal failure occured while replacing batteries, camera worked and was rest for optimal view. next day it was down with frim ware update error.

is there a way to reboot camera?

The battery pull resets the camera.  Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here since you may have a hardware failure.
