My Camera has on it that the Firmware is in process of downloading, and should only take bout 15 min? Well it’s been several hours and my camera won’t work still????

I have 2 cams - both are, according to 'Device Info' running firmware 1.092.0.17_25364.

One cam is running fully normal - the other is showing 'Firmware update in progress. Do not remove batteries', which it has been showing for the last 8 Hours.

Motion detection Test and Camera Position is constantly 'Busy' - but motion is detected and advised me on my phone, but the device screen remain unchanged, ie. the numbers of recordings remain unchanged : 0 regardless of the numbers of 'Motion detected' I receive.

Any suggestions what to do?

 

Looking forward to hearing suggestions to solve this.

I tried to re-connect to the base station (new sync), which worked.

The cams 'said' something about firmware update, but it still has the same firmware as before.

All recordings seems to be lost, but the cam seems fully functionel.

Is the camera sill stuck in the updating process? What is the led light displaying on the camera?

No, after I sync the camera again with the main station everything went back to normal.

There was no flash light on the camera, only the blue when I sync.it.
