Failure to sync during install

Anyone having issues with Arlo Camara not syncing at setup? Could Camara no longer be compatible?  If so does that mean I can not use?

WHich camera are you trying to use? Your product selection indicates an original wire-free camera which requires a base station. Did you install the base first?

 

All details as to what you've tried and what you see are needed.

 will not recognize device during installation. My router shows it's connected

I can't tell the color of the LEDs but it appears to be all green. WHen you holld the reset button for >10 seconds, the LEDs should start blinking amber. Let the base reboot (~2 minutes) until the power and Internet LEDs turn green - the Camera LED should be off or solid amber. Try adding the base again and let us know the results.
