I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 3 days.  Followed all the instructions on PC, and on the last step screen states "Please wait" but keeps hanging forever.  Won't let my move on to complete.  My monthly subscription renews today 5/8, how convenient.  I'm starting to believe this is a scam to keep charging me.  Please help!

Have you tried from a different browser or from a different device? You may also want to try to delete the cookies.
