FIX THE BUGS ALREADY

Every time I try to troubleshoot on these boards I see threads saying that the users with these same issues got their problems solved, but either the solutions aren’t mentioned anywhere or they are several years old and irrelevant.

 

Either way, these are all recurring issues over thousands of user for several years and are 1000% not solved. 

Currently we are dealing with the following:

 

cannot clear notifications - now at 6154 and growing.

cannot re-order devices in settings

cannot rename devices /device names won’t update 

 

So far we have:

 

Updated app; updated cameras; updated base; removed users with access; re-added users; switched primary accounts; removed all cameras; reinstalled all cameras; reset all cameras; reset the base; switch wifi; switched back; factory reset everything; uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 

INFURIATING.

I think these were (and are) fixed.

  1. What version of the app are you running?
  2. Also what firmware is running on the cameras and your base?
