I have the same problem. Someone here said that he changed the channel in his router to channel 11 & this worked. For me, the technically challenged, it may not work, but I'm going to give it a shot over the weekend. Right now, I have no Arlo home security cameras. And not that I live in a high crime area, but I like to check on my dog ever once in a while.

Well how about that? Mediacom has my router locked. I can't change the channel. Well, they better unlock it or I'm going to get my owner router where I can change the channel.

And how about that? I reinstalled my old Arlo Legacy app on my phone, restarted everything, signed into my account & it worked. Cameras up & running. And I did not have to call Mediacom & give them a piece of my mind (though I still want to).
