Email notifications to Yahoo Groups

Just wondering if there is any way to allow Arlo to send the notification email to a Yahoogroup.

I can add the email address to the rule ok but the address alerts@arlo.com has to be added to my alternate email addresses and then activated using the confirmation email but of course I can't access any emails to confirm it.

Alternately, any other way to have a simple email forwarding or storing site for a group of people to access without adding everyone to my friends list?

I'm guessing here but perhaps using a filter to automatically forward any emails to a list would be useful.  For instance, Gmail allows you to build a filter based on various parameters (subject, From:, etc.) to be forwarded to whomever you like - I use it to forward certain emails to my wife.
