Hello, I recently got my cameras up and running after not using for about 9 months. I need to change my email because an ex roommate hacked and had access to my accounts. At  my residence. Unfortunately that email he had access to and the base station is under that old hacked account. I chatted with support for an hour and got disconnected after I was checking babse station progress. I told her I no longer have access to that email. How do I call or email support and change this?! If I go into chat it asks for that email now. Tried to call support number but I couldn't from my area. Want to get this changed before starting up the system. Thank you 😄

If you can still log into the app, then you can completely delete the old account from the privacy center.  Cancel your subscription (if you have one) before doing that. Then you can create a new account, and re-onboard the base and cameras.  I suggest resetting the base if you do that (and also resetting the cameras if you use something newer than then the Pro 2s).

 

If you still can access the old email account, you could alternativel change the email address on your existing account.  That will send an email confirmation to the old address, so it won't work if the account is deleted or no longer accessible.
