I need to change the primary email address on the account - it was a work email I no longer have access to, and I have a newer phone.  My spouse has complete access, but it does not let her make herself the primary, and she cannot add anyone to the account.  How do you contact a support person to prove you own the account?  I have hours into this project.  Is there someone that can assist?

I reset password. The trusted email is no longer accessible - need to change the trusted email address.

I reset my password. Arlo keeps send a confirmation email to my Trusted email account. I no longer have access to that Trusted email account. How can I resent the Trusted email account.
