I tried to buy new cameras with my EOL discount code.  The order went through and charged my credit card but there is no record on the site with an Order #.  I have tried for almost 2 weeks now to get in touch with support but they are the worst customer support I have ever dealt with!  They won't respond and there is no way to contact them by phone.  I have even tried to repurchase the cameras but it says my EOL discount code has been used!  ITs really just ridiculous
