Downloading an Arlo video on iOS “You need to allow access to Storage to download media”

When trying to download a video clip I get this message “You need to allow access to Storage to download media”.
What do I need to do?

Sounds like your using IOS ( or android )...

I do know in IOS, you must give it permission to download to the library

( in settings of IOS, under the actual app )
