Dears

 

When I want to downlad/save a video to iclou, it appears "User has denied acess" How can I save videos in the cloud??? respectively why I do not have access to icloud?? Thank you for your reply

Have you tried to download it locally and then uploading to the icloud?  ( to see if it's the direct connection or your access )
