Yes... but remember that because they run on batteries, heavy usage can deplete the batteries in a short time...these are not 24/7 type cameras but are meant to record after detecting motion only

to add to above, if you live monitor, it'll revert back to standby ater 30 min.  About 8-12 hours of live monitoring and your batteries are depleted.  No battery operated cam is designed for extensive live monitoring.
