Camera tinted red / pink??

my camera is show a red pink tint not clear how do i fix this thanks

Oprn and close the battery door to reset the camera.

 

If it continues, contact Netgear for possible hardware issue

I have the same issue with one my cameras. Did you manage to resolve it?

 

I have tried ther battery compartment suggestion and also reset the video on the camera through the app.

 

What I have noticed is that the pinking tint has now turned to more of blue. 

 

I have cleaned the sensors on front and ensured there ithing interfering wioth the camera.

I guess its a common issue and Arlo are getting some really bad press about it.

 

Appears that its a hardware issue and Arlo want the customers to pay postage to return the faulty cameras to them.

 

No admission of fault - just a few folk saying they got exchanges.

 

Its clearly a flaw in the manufactuiring somewhere wiht so many people experiencing the issue.

 

The advise is to contact Arlo support and await their response. I have done just that now. Hopefully they will respond and nit expect me to pay postage for returning a product which clearluy has a common fault and is less than 6 months old.

 

Come on Arlo - restore your customer's faith and do the right thing. Ticket ID is #28432011
