Has anyone used the chat feature?  I've had this window open for four hours waiting to be connected to an agent.  Arlo tech support is very difficult to reach

You should be able to contact the support using the provided link: Support Team. You will find several options for contacting support, including phone support and email support.

Of course that support page is where I got to this forum from. Nevertheless I am not able to use the chat function. I opened it to request help but several hours later had not been connected. I am reluctant to use the phone since last time it took about two hours to get an agent. I understand you are busier than usual but please communicate to management that hold times need to come down. I did get a response to the ticket I put in. I’ll pursue help via that method. Love the product, hate trying to reach an actual person there.
