OK, I am having issues between the browser and app. I just changed the batteries on one of my cameras and put it back. When I check using the browser (Chrome), it says "Change batteries. This device is disabled and requires batteries to operate." Yet when I go to the app on my phone, the camera is online, has 94% battery power. I checked camera positioning with the app, and it worked fine. What's going on? I normally monitor my system using the browser, but I'm having real doubts that some of the issues I see with the cameras are really issues.

Try refreshing the page, clearing the cache and logging out and back in.

No, that didn't work. Even rebooted my computer, and still, I have that one camera that shows the batteries aren't there. And on my phone and using FireFox, everything's fine.

That points  to the browser as the issue. Clearing the cache and cookies should have fixed the problem. I suppose a more brute force method is to remove Chrome and reinstall it.

I had guessed that already, I just don't know why only one camera is affected.
