I have four arlo cameras, recently two of the cameras have gone off line and state "Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection" the other two are working just fine. I purchase these late last year and have had no problems until recently. They will not connect, i get no lights, it just seems as if they just died somehow. Any suggestions? I have replaced the batteries in one of them and dtill nothing.

I'm having the same problem and would appreciate any guidance.

Try power cycling your base station. Try logging out and back in. Use the app or browser whichever one you're not using at the moment. Luck?

What is the LED behavior of these cameras after opening and closing the battery compartment door? This could give us a clue as to why they are offline: What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Wire-Free camera mean?
