Delay in sending recording to my email address

My motion alerts take up to 12 hours to be sent to my email account. By that time the event or issue is over.  This is a random delay with other events being sent almost real time. The average delay is about 2.5 hours.   I had a big scare one day when I was at work. I got a motion alert at 11am and I could see the front door of my house was being opened by someone.  Turned out to be me going to work at 7am that morning, the alert just reaching me later that morning. 

Does anyone else have this problem?  The alerts reach the Arlo library at the time of the recording.  Just sending to me is the problem.

We have same issue. Didn't used to be a problem but restarted our argos after several months and now have 2-3 hour delay

I do believe this is being looked into ...today myself got the push right away but the email was 2 hrs behind
