My app message reads cameras are "getting status". The base lights are solid green indicating power, wifi and cameras are operating. The camera batteries were at 88% yesterday. Just stopped working after two months.

Power cycle the base. Reboot your phone. Try a browser on a computer. Any luck?

Consider power cycling your base station using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED and try again. Do yous till see the same behavior?
