I just spend $800 on an Arlo complete system (4 wireless and 2 Arlo Q;s). I just set it up and one of the Arlo Q's was defective. I went through the process with customer service and got an RMA. Now I have to pay to ship a defective product back to Netgear? Your RMA shipping instruction is misleading! At a glance it says "stadard shipping is free of charge" but fine print says, I have to pay to ship it back. . . . I am not happy and I am going to return the whole thing back!
